All Dogs Go to Heaven and The Secret of NIMH are my favorite western animated feature films. I think the animation far outshines anything done by Disney the time (actually most Disney films). My favorite things about All Dogs Go to Heaven are its creative story and the music. Its also cool how Bluth made a tribute to Disney's Snow White through Anne Marie's character design.
